The research aimed to study the relationship between the policy of dividend distribution, expressed as (share of shares in public net profit, ratio of liquidity per share and The share is divided into the distributed profits, and the share of the retained earnings The liquidity of the shares expressed by (the stock’s study rate and the ratio of the share’s liquidity The study was applied to a sample of 60 companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
