This research aims to identify the effect of securitization on Egyptian banks’ profitability, by comparing the profitability of a sample from these banks before and after applying securitization, in addition a sample of banks apply and those who don’t.
And to achieve this aim, the researcher develops two hypotheses, the 1st one is to measure the average of profitability ratio for the chosen banks before and after applying securitization. The 2nd one comparing the chosen banks’ profitability applying securitization, and those who don’t.
