دور اسلوب الموجه في تنمية رأس المال الفکري: دراسة ميدانية في قطاع التعليم الأساسي في العراق

 
الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة دور الاسلوب الموجه في تنمية رأس المال الفکري في قطاع التعليم الأساسي محل الدراسة (بغداد، بابل، ذي قار) في العراق.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقوائم الاستقصاء کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (20798) کما بلغت عينة الدراسة (377) مفردة وکانت عشوائية حيث تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) کحزمه لإدخال ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات.
أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، وجود علاقة معنوية واثر معنوي بين الاسلوب الموجه وتنمية رأس المال الفکري.
أهم توصيات الدراسة هو، تفعيل دور القطاعات المبحوثة متمثلة بقياداتها وملاکها التعليمي والتدريسي مع المجتمع، من خلال حث القيادات والملاک التعليمي والتدريسي بإقامة الندوات بما يسهم وخدمة المجتمع.


Abstract:
The main objective of this study is to know the role that style directed at intellectual capital development in the basic education sector under study (Baghdad, Babil, Dhi Qar) in Iraq.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical approach, and lists of the survey as a key tool to collect data from the study population of (20798) also reached the study sample (384) Single and were randomized where the use of statistical analysis (SPSS) program package for entry, processing and analysis of data.
The most important findings of the study, there were no significant relationship between the significant effect-oriented style and the development of intellectual capital.
The most important recommendations of the study is, activating the role of the surveyed sectors represented Bkiedadtha educational, teaching and owners with the community, through its leaders and urged owners to establish educational and teaching seminars so as to contribute and community service.
