عناقيد التصنيع کمدخل لتعزيز القدرة المؤسسية للصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في مصر

تعد الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة واحدة من الرکائز الاصيلة التى تقوم عليها اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة ، وفي مصر تواجه هذه الصناعات بعدد من المعوقات والمشکلات التى تحد من قدرتها علي القيام بدورها المنوط بها في خدمة الاقتصاد القومي والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
 لذا فقد کان اتجاه المخططين والمنظمين الصناعيين نحو الاخذ ببعض التطبيقات أوالنماذج الصناعية الاکثر ملائمة للصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في مصر والتى يمکن من خلالها النهوض بقدراتها وتعزيز إمکاناتها المادية والبشرية ، وتعد عناقيد التصنيع واحدة من هذه النماذج حيث انها يمکن أن تحقق رفع الوعي الحرفي ، توفير بيئة عمل مواتية ، توارث مهنى إيجابي ، تنمية القدرات الإدارية ومهارات التفاوض ، الأخذ بمبدأ التخصص وتقسيم العمل فضلا عن تنمية روح الفريق والعمل الجماعي ، الإهتمام بعنصر الجودة وتحقيق التوافق البيئي .
  Small and medium industries are one of the original pillars upon which the economies of developed countries are based. In Egypt, these industries face a number of obstacles and problems that limit their ability to play their role in serving the national economy and contribute to achieving sustainable development
 Therefore, the trend of industrial planners and organizers was towards adopting some industrial applications or models that are most suitable for small and medium industries in Egypt through which they can advance their capabilities and enhance their material and human potentials. Manufacturing clusters are one of these models as they can achieve raising literal awareness, providing an environment Favorable work, positive professional inheritance, developing administrative capabilities and negotiation skills, adopting the principle of specialization and division of labor, as well as developing team spirit and teamwork, paying attention to the quality component and achieving environmental compatibility.
