دور اليقظة الإستراتيجية فى تحقيق التنمية الإدارية المستدامة

         إستهدفت الدراسة تحديد دور اليقظة الإستراتيجية وأبعادها المتمثلة فى (اليقظة التنافسية اليقظة التکنولوجية، اليقظة البيئية، اليقظة التجارية) فى تحقيق التنمية الإدارية المستدامة بأبعادها المتمثلة فى ( القيادة المستدامة، الإدارة الإلکترونية، إدارة المعرفة المستدامة، الثقافة التنظيمية المستدامة) فى مؤسسات التعليم العالى، وکذلک التعرف على واقع تطبيق مفهوم اليقظة الإستراتيجية فى مؤسسات التعليم العالى،تمثل مجتمع البحث فى القيادات الإدارية فى مؤسسات التعليم العالى وإعتمدت الباحثة على إسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، ونظراً لتجانس مجتمع البحث ووفقاً للجداول الإحصائية فقد تمثلت عينة البحث فى (341) مفردة من القيادات الإدارية بمؤسسات التعليم العالى محل البحث، وتم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى الذى يهتم بوصف المشکلة البحثية وصفاً دقيقاً وتحليلها کمياً ونوعياً، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى وجود دور لليقظة الإستراتيجية فى تحقيق التنمية الإدارية المستدامة، کما أن تحقيق التنمية الإدارية المستدامة يُعد هدف إستراتيجى تسعى مؤسسات التعليم العالى لتحقيقه وتُعد اليقظة الإستراتيجية أهم تلک الأنظمة التى يؤدى تطبيقها إلى تحقيق التنمية الإدارية المستدامة.
                   The study aimed to identify the role and dimensions of strategic vigilance, are competitive vigilance, technological vigilance, environmental vigilance, commercial vigilance, in achieving sustainable administrative development in its dimensions of "sustainable leadership, e-management, sustainable knowledge management, sustainable organizational culture" in higher education institutions. Represented the research community in the administrative leadership in higher education institutions and the researcher relied on the method of random sample class, and due to the homogeneity of the research society and according to statistical tables, the sample of research was represented in (341) administrative leaders of higher education institutions.The researcher found that there is a role for strategic vigilance in achieving sustainable administrative development, and achieving sustainable administrative development is a strategic goal that higher education institutions seek to achieve and strategic vigilance is the most important of those systems whose application leads to sustainable administrative development.
