المدخل المقترح للتنمية الإدارية المستدامة بالتطبيق على مؤسسات التعليم العالى

         إستهدفت الدراسة إقتراح مدخل للتنمية الإدارية المستدامة ومدى صلاحيته ککل للتطبيق فى مؤسسات التعليم العالى، تمثل مجتمع البحث فى القيادات الإدارية فى مؤسسات التعليم العالى وإعتمدت الباحثة على إسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، ونظراً لتجانس مجتمع البحث ووفقاً للجداول الإحصائية فقد تمثلت عينة البحث فى (341) مفردة من القيادات الإدارية بمؤسسات التعليم العالى محل البحث، وتم الإعتماد على الدراسة النظرية والتجريبية، ولإختبار الفروض تم الإعتماد على (spss)، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى نتائج إيجابية تتفق مع نتائج الدراسة النظرية للمدخل المقترح تطبيقه فى مؤسسات التعليم العالى، وقد ثبت صلاحية هذا المدخل من خلال نتائج الإختبارات الإحصائية التى تضمنتها الدراسة التجريبية.
                  The study aimed to propose an introduction to sustainable administrative development and its validity as a whole for application in higher education institutions, representing the research community in the administrative leadership in higher education institutions and the researcher relied on the method of random sample, Due to the homogeneity of the research community and according to statistical tables, the research sample was represented by (341) single administrative leaders of the higher education institutions in question, and relied on theoretical and experimental study,  In order to test the assumptions relied on (spss), the researcher reached positive results consistent with the results of the theoretical study of the proposed entrance to higher education institutions, and this input was proven valid through the results of the statistical tests included in the   Experimental study.
