المدخل المقترح للريادة الإستراتيجية بالتطبيق على الجامعات المصرية

إستهدفت الباحثة إقتراح مدخل للريادة الإستراتيجية ومدى صلاحيته للتطبيق فى الجامعات المصرية، وتمثل مجتمع البحث فى القيادات الإدارية فى الجامعات المصرية، وإعتمدت الباحثة على إسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، ونظراً لتجانس مجتمع البحث ووفقاً للجداول الإحصائية فقد تمثلت عينة البحث فى (321) مفردة من القيادات الإدارية بالجامعات المصرية محل البحث، وتم الإعتماد على الدراسة النظرية والتجريبية، ولإختبار الفروض تم الإعتماد على (SPSS)، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى نتائج إيجابية تتفق مع نتائج الدراسة النظرية للمدخل المقترح تطبيقه فى الجامعات المصرية، وقد ثبت صلاحية هذا المدخل من خلال نتائج الإختبارات الإحصائية التى تضمنتها الدراسة التجريبية.
                The researcher aimed to propose an introduction to strategic leadership and its validity as a whole to apply in Egyptian universities, representing the research community in the administrative leadership in Egyptian universities,The researcher relied on the method of random caste sample, and due to the homogeneity of the research community and according to statistical tables, the research sample was represented in (321) single administrative leaders of the Egyptian universities in question, The theoretical and experimental study was relied upon, and for the test of assignments, SPSS were relied upon,The researcher reached positive results consistent with the results of the theoretical study of the proposed entrance to be applied in Egyptian universities, and this entry was proven valid through the results of the statistical tests included in the Experimental  study.
