هدف البحث التعرف على دور التکنولوجيا الحديثة للإنتاج في تحسين الأداء المتوازن، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، ولقد تم تصميم أداة القياس هي الاستبيان وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية من الإدارة العليا والوسطى لدى تلک الشرکات، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSPSS  لاختبار فرض البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود قصور في تطبيق التکنولوجية في الإنتاج بالمنظمات الصناعية محل الدراسة، عدم توافر الموارد البشرية المتخصصة في بناء التکنولوجيات الحديثة، انخفاض حجم الميزانيات المالية اللازمة لتطبيق التکنولوجيا الحديثة في الإنتاج.
 Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the role of modern production technology in improving balanced performance, and the descriptive analytical method was used, and the measurement tool was designed, the questionnaire, and was distributed to a stratified random sample of the senior and middle management of those companies. The research indicated that there are shortcomings in the application of technology in production in the industrial organizations under study, the lack of human resources specialized in building modern technologies, the low volume of financial budgets needed to apply modern technology in production, the belief that the current systems are sufficient to meet market requirements.
