تداعيات وانعکاسات التدخل الترکي في ليبيا على الأمن القومي المصري من الفترة (2011 -2020)

تتناول هذه الدراسة تداعيات وانعکاسات التدخل الترکي في ليبيا على الأمن القومي المصري (2011 -2020)، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي والاستقرائي وأداة تحليل المضمون وذلک للتعرف على تداعيات التدخل الترکي في ليبيا على الأمن القومي المصري، وانطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفاداها أن للتدخل الترکي في ليبيا تتنوع تداعيات وانعکاسات يؤثر تأثرًا مباشراً على الأمن القومي المصري. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى (1) من أهم التداعيات المترتبة على التدخل الترکي في ليبيا هو تحويل ليبيا إلى بؤرة إرهابية وتنظيماتٍ وأفکار متطرِّفة. (2) من أهم الانعکاسات المترتبة على التدخل الترکي في ليبيا هي (يؤدى إرسال قوات ترکية ربما لوقوع خسائر في الأرواح في صفوفهم واستهداف مقار وممتلکات الشرکات الترکية بليبيا، کما يؤدي التدخل في ليبيا إلى توتر العلاقات الترکية مع بعض الأطراف الدولية خاصة روسيا ومصر، کما أن التدخل الترکي سوف ينقل الصراع بها إلى حالة تشبه الصراع بسوريا واليمن، ويمثل التدخل الترکي ودعم حکومة الوفاق ذات الروابط والتوجهات الإخوانية من تهديداً مباشراً للأمن القومي المصري). (3) أن مستقبل الدور الترکي في ليبيا يتوقف بدرجة کبيرة على الأوضاع الراهنة وتفعيل وجودها في الدوائر الاقليمية والدولية. (4) أن نجاح ترکيا في تثبيت حکومة طرابلس ضد الجيش الليبي يعني دعم وتسليح المليشيات التي سيکون لها تأثير سلبي على وحدة واستقرار ليبيا ومن ثم الأمن القومي المصري (5) رغم کل النجاحات التي حققتها الدبلوماسية المصرية في الملف الليبي إلا أن ترکيا تعمل بکل جهد لصرف نظر مصر عن التدخل العسکري في ليبيا (6) أن التدخل العسکري المصري في ليبيا سيزيد من فرص المواجهة العسکرية الترکية/ المصرية في ظل تعرض البلدين لضغوط اقتصادية وسياسية وأمنية شديدة.
This study deals with the consequences and implications of Turkish intervention in Libya on Egyptian national security (2011-2020), and the study relied on the analytical and inductive approach and Content Analysis tool to identify the implications and implications of Turkish intervention in Libya on Egyptian national security. The study concluded that: 1. One of the most important consequences of the Turkish intervention in Libya is to turn Libya into a hotbed of terrorism, extremist organizations and ideas. 2. One of the most important consequences of the Turkish intervention in Libya is that (the sending of Turkish troops may result in the loss of lives in their ranks and the targeting of the headquarters and property of Turkish companies in Libya. The intervention in Libya also leads to the tension of Turkish relations with some other international parties, especially Russia and Egypt. Turkish intervention will move the conflict in Libya into a situation similar to the conflict in Syria and Yemen. Turkish intervention and support for the Brotherhood-linked government of Accord represent a direct threat to Arab and Egyptian national security.) 3. The future of Turkey's role in Libya depends largely on the current situation and the activation of its presence in regional and international circles. 4. Turkey's success in stabilizing the Tripoli government against the Libyan army means supporting and arming militias that will have a negative impact on the unity and stability of Libya and hence Egyptian national security 5. Despite all the successes of Egyptian diplomacy in the Libyan file, Turkey is working hard to distract Egypt from military intervention in Libya . 6. The Egyptian military intervention in Libya will increase the chances of a Turkish/ Egyptian military confrontation as the two countries are under severe economic, political and security pressures
