فرص تحقيق التنمية المستدامة فى مصر

شهد العالم نهضة صناعية  شاملة، منذ منتصف القرن الثامن عشر، انعکاست على البيئة نتيجة إحلال منظومة الميکنة محل العمل اليدوى بأوروبا عند ظهور الآلة، وميکنة النسيج والحديد والصلب والمراکب البخارية والقطارات، ثم زاد استعمال المعدات المتطورة0 فحدث الکساد العظيم ‏فى العالم عام 1929م، واندلع الإسراف فنتج التلوث، والانفجار السکاني فزاد المرض والفقر والجهل0کما أثرت الثورات الصناعية على الحياة: الثورة الأولى:أواخر القرن الثامن عشر( 1784) باختراع الآلة البخارية، وميکنة الإنتاج0 الثورة الثانية: أواخر القرن التاسع عشر( 1870) بعد تقنية الآلة، واستخدام الکهرباء0 الثورة الثالثة:النصف الثانى من القرن العشرين (1969)، الإنترنت، الرقمنة، البرمجة. الثورة الرابعة : اطلقها المنتدى الاقتصادى العالمى بدافوس سويسرا عام2016م، على سلسلة الثورات الصناعية ومنها: الروبوتات، وتقنية النانو، والتحکم في الجينات، والطباعة ثلاثية الابعاد في الإنتاج، والتکنولوجيا الحيوية، والإنترنت، والذکاء الاصطناعى. کما أفرزت الأمم المتحدة1972، مصطلح "التنمية المستدامة" لمواجهة آثار التلوث البيئى واستنزاف الموارد الطبيعية وعقدت اتفاقيات ومؤتمرات لمناقشة مشکلات الألفية فى ظل العولمة ،  مما استوجب استعادة دور کل القيم  الإنسانية - حقوق الإنسان، کأساس لأجندة القرن/21 کلٌ حسب قدراته.
Abstract:
The world has witnessed a comprehensive industrial renaissance, since the mid-eighteenth century, which has reflected on the environment as a result of the mechanization system replacing manual work in Europe when the machine appeared, and the mechanization of textiles, iron and steel, steamboats and trains, and then the use of advanced equipment increased. The Great Depression occurred in the world in 1929 AD, and Extravagance resulted in pollution, and the population explosion increased disease, poverty and ignorance. The industrial revolutions also affected life: The first revolution: the late eighteenth century (1784) with the invention of the steam machine and the mechanization of production The second revolution: the late nineteenth century (1870) after machine technology and the use of electricity The third revolution : The second half of the twentieth century (1969), the Internet, digitization, programming. The Fourth Revolution: Launched by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in 2016, on a series of industrial revolutions, including: robotics, nanotechnology, genetic control, 3D printing in production, biotechnology, the Internet, and artificial intelligence. The United Nations in 1972 created the term "sustainable development" to confront the effects of environmental pollution and the depletion of natural resources. It held agreements and conferences to discuss the millennium problems in light of globalization, which necessitated restoring the role of all human values ​​- human rights, as a basis for the agenda of the 21st century, each according to his abilities.
