تکنولوجيا المعلومات وأثرها في تطوير أداء العاملين بالتطبيق على قطاع البترول المصري – دراسة ميدانية

        يهدف البحث الي بيان " تکنولوجيا المعلومات وأثرها في تطوير أداء العاملينبالتطبيق على قطاع البترول المصري – دراسة ميدانية"وذلک من خلال فرضيتين رئيسيتين الفرضية الأولى: "توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين استخدام تکنولوجيا المعلومات وقدرات ومهارات العاملين"الفرضية الثانية" توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين استخدام تکنولوجيا المعلومات ونظم العمل وإجراءاته".
تم توزيع عدد400 استمارة على 5 شرکات وتم استبعاد 68 استمارة وتم إدخال بيانات 332 استمارة. وقد توصل البحث الي عده نتائج اهمها:
1- صحة الفرض الأول حيث أن قيمة مستوى الدلالة أقل من 0.05 بالنسبة للفرض القائل "توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين استخدام تکنولوجيا المعلومات وقدرات ومهارات العاملين"
2- صحة الفرض الثاني حيث أن قيمة مستوى الدلالة أقل من 0.05 بالنسبة للفرض القائل "توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين استخدام تکنولوجيا المعلومات ونظم العمل وإجراءاته".
3-لابد من الاهتمام بتفويض السلطات للمستويات الأقل حيث أن فقرة "يتم تفويض السلطات والصلاحيات" بمتوسط حسابي (3.67) ويعتبر متوسط رغم أهميته داخل المنظمات عموما.
The research aims to show “information technology and its impact on developing the performance of workers applying to the Egyptian petroleum sector - a field study” through two main hypotheses: the first hypothesis: “there is a significant relationship between the use of information technology and the capabilities and skills of the workers.” The second hypothesis “there is a significant relationship Significance between the use of information technology and work systems and procedures.
400 forms were distributed to 5 companies, 68 forms were excluded, and 332 forms were entered. The research reached several results, the most important of which are:
1- The validity of the first hypothesis, as the significance level value is less than 0.05 for the hypothesis that says “there is a significant relationship between the use of information technology and the capabilities and skills of the employees.”
2- The validity of the second hypothesis, as the significance level is less than 0.05 for the hypothesis that says “there is a significant relationship between the use of information technology and work systems and procedures".
3- It is necessary to pay attention to the delegation of powers to the lower levels, as the paragraph "authorities and powers are delegated" with an arithmetic mean (3.67) and is considered average despite its importance within organizations in general.
