يهدف هذا  البحث إلى قياس أثر رأس المال الهيکلي  على الأداء الوظيفي  بالتطبيق على قطاع التعبئة والتغليف ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث صممت استمارة استقصاء ووزعت علي عينة من قيادات الشرکات و البالغ عددهم  300 مفردة ، وتم استرجاع 283 منها   صالحة للتحليل والبحث، حيث تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS للتحليل الإحصائي وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود أثر معنوي ملحوظ لرأس المال الهيکلي على تحسين  الأداء الوظيفي في قطاع التعبئة والتغليف بمصر.
This research aims to measure the impact of structural capital on job performance by applying to the packaging sector. Using the SPSS program for statistical analysis, the research concluded that there is a significant effect of structural capital on improving job performance in the packaging sector in Egypt.and to achieve the objectives of the study, a survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to the companies' 300 leaders, and 283 of them were retrieved, valid for analysis and research. The data were analyzed and hypotheses tested using the SPSS program for statistical analysis. The research found a significant The Impact of structural capital on the packaging sector in Egypt.
