أثر تطبيق منهجيات التميز في تطوير الأداء بمؤسسات التعليم العالي

يهدف هذا البحث  إلى قياس أثر تطبيق منهجيات التميزالمؤسسي لتطوير ورفع کفاءة وفعالية الاداء بالمؤسسات التعليمية  بجمهوريه مصر العربيه وقد تم التطبيق بإحدى الکليات کدراسة حالة منهجيات التميزالمؤسسي و تقييم الاداء وتحليل ومناقشه نقاط القوة والضعف بالنتائج في ضوء المعايير الدولية والمحلية.
يتلخص البحث إلى أن المؤسسة التعليمية قامت بتطبيق معايير منهجيات التميزالمؤسسي وظهرت علاقات نشطة بين تطوير الرؤية والمهمة والقيم ، وضمان تطوير النظام الإداري ، والتفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة ، وتشجيع ودعم الموظفين ، وتحديد وتأييد التغيير التنظيمي مع منهجيات التميز المتبعة في االمؤسسه.
وقد قدم البحث توصيات بشأن بدء تطبيق نظام اداري متميز داخل المؤسسات التعليمية لتطبيق منهجيات التميز تتناسب مع البيئه التعليمية المصرية لتشجيع المنظمة التعليمية للسعي نحوالخصول علي جوائز التميز المختلفة.
This research aims to measure the impact of applying institutional excellence methodologies to develop and raise the efficiency and effectiveness of performance in educational institutions in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The application was carried out in one of the colleges as a case study of institutional excellence methodologies, performance evaluation, analysis and discussion of strengths and weaknesses in the results in light of international and local standards.
The research concludes that the educational institution has applied the standards of institutional excellence methodologies, and active relationships have emerged between developing the vision, mission and values, ensuring the development of the administrative system, interacting with clients and stakeholders, encouraging and supporting employees, and identifying and supporting organizational change with the excellence methodologies used in the institution.
The research made recommendations regarding the start of applying a distinguished administrative system within educational institutions to apply the methodologies of excellence commensurate with the Egyptian educational environment to مobtaining various awards of excellence.
