أثر دعم الادارة العليا علي تحسين جودة الاداء المؤسسي – دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على جامعة القاهرة والمعهد العالي للدراسات التعاونية والادارية

هدف الدراسة هو التعرف على " أثر دعم الادارة العليا علي تحسين جودة الاداء المؤسسي " – دراسة بالتطبيق على جامعة القاهرة والمعهد العالي للدراسات التعاونية والادارية.
استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والحصول على البيانات الثانوية من خلال قائمة استقصاء تم توزيعها على مجتمع البحث باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية من المديرين بالدارة العليا والعاملين القائمين بالعمل الاداري، وتم توزيع (152) قائمة استقصاء وتم استرداد (118) بنسبة استرداد (78%).
توصلت الدراسة: أظهرت النتائج أن يمکن القول المتوسط الحسابي يساوي ( 3.048)، وهذا يعني أن هناک موافقة بدرجة متوسطة من قبل أفراد العينة على  فقرات المجال لذلک يعتبر مجال "دعم الادارة العليا" دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α). من قبل أفراد مجتمع البحث، من مديري الجامعة / المعهد علي فقرات المجال .
 أهم توصيات الدراسة : الاهتمام من قبل الادارة العليا بدراسة المشکلات التي تواجه عملها بدقة والوقوف على حقيقتها وليس مظهرها أو نتائجها والنظر اليها بشکل شامل ورصد التفاعل بينها وربط عناصرها في صورة متکاملة وليس مجزئة للوصول للتخطيط الاستراتيجي الامثل الذي من خلاله يتم  تحسين جودة الاداء المؤسسي.
 
The aim of the study is to identify the effect of supporting senior management on improving the quality of institutional performance - a study by application on Cairo University and the Higher Institute for Cooperative and Administrative Studies.
Using the descriptive analytical approach and obtaining secondary data through a survey list that was distributed to the research community using a stratified random sample of managers in senior management and administrative workers, and (152) survey lists were distributed and (118) were recovered, with a recovery rate of (78%).
The study concluded: The results showed that it can be said that the arithmetic mean equals (3,048), and this means that there is a medium degree of approval by the sample members on the paragraphs of the field, so the field of “higher management support” is considered statistically significant at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05). The most important recommendations of the study: Attention by the senior management to study the problems facing its work accurately, to determine their reality, not their appearance or results, to look at them comprehensively, to monitor the interaction between them, and to link their elements in an integrated, not fragmented, image to reach the optimal strategic planning through which the quality of institutional performance is improved.
