الذكاء الاستراتيجي ودوره في تنمية وإعداد قادة المستقبل

يشهد العالم تغييرًا كبيرًا في مجمل نواحي الحياة، حيث انعكست تأثيراته بوضوح على الممارسات الإدارية وطبيعة العلاقات التنظيمية نحو تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات، حيث يتم توظيف الطاقات وتطويعها لتحقيق ما يسمى بالذكاء الاستراتيجي وهو مصطلح يعنى القدرة على فهم المواقف والعمل بواقعية تتلاءم مع المستجدات والظروف التي تمر بها المنظمة، ويتم توظيف هذه العملية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة بشكل عام وتنمية استراتيجياتها، حيث تتسم أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي بالقدرة على الاستشراف وتوافر الرؤية الاستراتيجية للأمور بجانب التفكير بالمنطق. وتساهم تلك العمليات (الذكاء الاستراتيجي) بشكل يمكن استخدامه في معظم المنظمات في تحسين الأداء التنظيمي، حيث يعتبر هو الهدف الرئيسي للمنظمات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف لابد من توافر الإدارات التي تمتلك رؤى وتصورات مستقبلية خاصة في الوقت الحاضر سواء كانت البيئة الداخلية أو الخارجية المنظمات.
The world is witnessing a great change in all aspects of life, as its effects were clearly reflected on administrative practices and the nature of organizational relations towards achieving the strategic goals of institutions, where energies are employed and adapted to achieve the so-called strategic intelligence, a term that means the ability to understand situations and work realistically in line with developments and circumstances that are going through by the organization. This process is employed to achieve the goals of the organization in general and to develop its strategies, where the dimensions of strategic intelligence are characterized by the ability to foresee and the availability of a strategic vision for things in addition to thinking with logic. These processes (strategic intelligence) contribute in a way that can be used in most organizations to improve organizational performance, as it is the main goal of organizations, and to achieve this goal, departments that have special future visions and visions at the present time, whether the internal or external environment, must be available.
