البعد الاجتماعي فى صناعة السياسات العامة فى مصر بالتطبيق على مفهوم النوع الاجتماعي

اصبح مفهوم النوع الاجتماعى والذى يعنى بالمساواة بين الجنسين الرجل والمرأه من اكثر المفاهيم شيوعا فى المحيط الدولى والذى بات يلزم الدول على صنع سياسات محليه مستجيبة لهذا التوجه العالمى.
وتعد الخطة  الاستثمارية هى الوثيقه الاهم فى توجيه استثمارات وسياسات الدوله نحو تنمية المجتمع  والتى  يتم تحديدها فى بنود الاتفاقيات الدوليه كمقياس لمؤشر استجابة الدول المتعاقدة لبنود المعاهدات والاتفاقيات وتختلف محاولات استجابة خطط التنمية لمفهوم النوع الاجتماعى وتتعدد في  هذا الاطار التجارب الادارية حيث لم يتم تحديد اطار محدد للتطبيق فى تشكيل خطط التنمية  ومدى قياس تطبيق المفهوم  وتحاول الدراسة ادراك واقع استجابة الخطط التنموية لبنود المعاهدات الدوليه لمفهوم النوع الاجتماعى.
