     هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل العلاقة بين سياسات سوق العمل والعدالة الاجتماعية في النظرية والأدبيات التطبيقية. وعبر المنهج الاستقرائي باستخدام أداة التحليل الوصفي، اتضح أن العلاقة بين سياسات سوق العمل والعدالة الاجتماعية، تستند إلى عدد من النظريات تأتي في مقدمتها النظرية الكلاسيكية، وما تضمنته من أفكار وآراء حول سوق العمل والعدالة الاجتماعية. كما أن العلاقة بين سياسات سوق العمل والعدالة الاجتماعية تعد إحدى أهم العلاقات التي يتحدد على إثرها مختلف صور التوافق أو التناقض في المجال الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في أثناء السعي لتحقيق الكفاءة الاقتصادية والعدالة الاجتماعية. ولذلك، فقد تم التأكيد على أهمية الترابط بين العدالة الاجتماعية والأمن والاستقرار كأهداف رئيسة للتنمية المستدامة.
   The current study aimed to analyze the relationship between labor market policies and social justice in theory and applied literature. Through the inductive approach using the descriptive analysis tool, it became clear that the relationship between labor market policies and social justice is based on a number of theories, foremost of which is the classical theory, and its ideas and opinions on the labor market and social justice. Also, the relationship between labor market policies and social justice is one of the most important relationships that determine the various forms of consensus or contradiction in the social and economic field while striving to achieve economic efficiency and social justice. Therefore, the importance of the interdependence between social justice, security and stability as major goals of sustainable development has been emphasized.
