المستخلص

     تستهدف الدراسة تحديد أثر تنمية مشروعات قناه السويس على جذب الإستثمارات فى مصر ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الدراسه بتناول أهمية قناه السويس الاستراتيجية والاقتصادية وتأثير تطوير القناه ومحورها على وضعية  مصر بين الدول فى المنطقه والعالم وأهم عوامل جذب الاستثمار فى مصر ، وأهم الأنجازات التى تحققت من تطوير القناه ، كما تناولت حجم الاستثمارات الموجهه لقناه السويس من حيث البنية الاساسية بالمنطقه الاقتصادية. وتناولت أهم العوائد المتوقعة لتنمية مشروع قناه السويس ومحددات الاستثمار فى تطوير القناه ، وتناولت الدراسة أيضا أهم المؤشرات التى تكشف نمو الاستثمارات ،  وأبرز المشاريع التى ساهمت فى جذب تلك الاستثمارات لمصر ،  وبناء عليه توصلت الدراسة الى تحول مصر الى مركز من أهم المراكز اللوجستية والصناعية والتجارية عالميا والذى يساهم  بالنفع على الاقتصاد القومى المصرى ، أن تطوير قناه السويس ساهم فى توفير العملة الاجنبية والذى يصب فى خزانة الدولة مباشرة  والذى يساهم فى رفع معدلات  النمو الاقتصادى . تم توفير  فرص عمل جديدة للشباب المصرى وفرص استثمارية للشركات الوطنية والأجنبية، كما ساهم فى تنوع وتوسع الأنشطة الحالية فى المنطقة (وخاصة الموانئ والمناطق الصناعية واللوجستية). وتم زيادة نشاط نقل البضائع نتيجة تزايد حجم الصادرات والواردات ، ونتجه زيادة معدل مرور السفن فى الموانئ المصرية. وساهم فى رفع درجه الثقة فى الاقتصاد القومى المصرى فى جميع المحافل الاقتصادية والدولية .
The study aims to determine the impact of the development of the Suez Canal projects on attracting investments in Egypt. To achieve this, the study deals with the strategic and economic importance of the Suez Canal, the impact of the development of the canal and its axis on Egypt's position among countries in the region and the world, the most important factors for attracting investment in Egypt, and the most important achievements that have been achieved from the development of the canal. It also dealt with the volume of investments destined for the Suez Canal in terms of infrastructure in the economic zone. The study dealt with the most important expected returns for the development of the Suez Canal project and the determinants of investment in the development of the canal. The study also dealt with the most important indicators that reveal the growth of investments, and the most prominent projects that contributed to attracting these investments to Egypt.
   Accordingly, the study concluded that Egypt has become one of the most important logistical, industrial and commercial centers in the world, which contributes to the benefit of the Egyptian national economy. It provided new job opportunities for Egyptian youth and investment opportunities for national and foreign companies. It also contributed to the diversification and expansion of current activities in the region (especially ports, industrial and logistical areas). The activity of transporting goods has increased as a result of the increase in the volume of exports and imports, and we are heading towards an increase in the rate of passage of ships in Egyptian ports. It contributed to raising the degree of confidence in the Egyptian national economy in all economic and international forums.
