     هدف البحث إلى تحديد أثر القيادة الخادمة على التطوير والتحديث التكنولوجي في المنظمة قامت الباحثة بالاستعانة بأسلوب الاستقصاء الذي سيقوم على جمع المعلومات من خلال استمارات الاستقصاء التي ستوجه للعينة المستهدفة ويتم تحليلها ورصد نتائجها في ضوء اختيار الاستقصاء بالعينة، حيث تم تطبيق الجزء الميداني على العاملين بشركة المقاولون العرب فرع شمال الدلتا، تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها (273) مفردة من العاملين بالشركة، والتي تتمثل في (3) محافظات طبقاً لحدود الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS V26) في إجراء التحليل الإحصائي لبيانات الدراسة الميدانية للحصول على نتائج الدراسة، وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود أثر معنوي لأبعاد القيادة الخادمة على التطوير والتحديث التكنولوجي بالشركة محل الدراسة".
The aim of the research is to determine the impact of servant leadership on technological development and modernization in the organization. The researcher used the survey method, which will be based on collecting information through survey forms that will be directed to the target sample and analyzed and its results monitored in light of the selection of the survey by sample, where the field part was applied to the employees of the Contractors Company. Arabs, North Delta branch, the study was conducted on a sample of (273) One of the employees of the company, which is represented in (3) governorates according to the limits of the study, and the researcher used the statistical package program (SPSS V26) in conducting the statistical analysis of the field study data to obtain the results of the study, and the research concluded that there is a significant impact of the dimensions of servant leadership on the development and modernization technology of the company under study.
