دور التحول الرقمى في تعزيز ممارسات الذكاء الأقتصادى: دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق على القيادات الجامعية المصرية

هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح الدور الذي يلعبه التحول الرقمى فى تعزيز ممارسات الذكاء الاقتصادي في الجامعات المصرية، ولتحقيق الهدف السابق الذكر أجرت الباحثة دراسة وصفية تحليلية حول مفهومى التحول الرقمى والذكاء الاقتصادى، وذلك عبر مناقشة النقاط التالية: متطلبات ومؤشرات تطبيق وفوائد عملية التحول الرقمى والتقنيات التعليمية الرقمية المستخدمة فى التعليم الجامعى، والتعرف على مفهوم وخصائص وممارسات الذكاء الاقتصادي، وبيان اهمية الذكاء الاقتصادى في التحول الرقمى، وبيان مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمى فى تعزيز ممارسات الذكاء الاقتصاد. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استمارة استبيان كأداة للبحث في جمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع البحث من العاملين بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية وعددها ( 27 ) جامعة وإعتمد البحث على سحب عينة تحكيمية بلغت (168) مفردة، حيث تم تطبيق المقياس إلكترونياً. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود تأثير علاقة ذو دلالة إحصائية بين التحول الرقمى وممارسات الذكاء الاقتصادى بأبعاده المختلفة ( الاستشراف، حماية وأمن المعلومات، سياسة التأثير) فى القطاع محل البحث. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة انجاز المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث المستقبلية.
This Study Aims to Illustrate the Role Played by The Digital Transformation in Reinforcing the Economic Intelligence Practices. Egyptian Universities. To Achieve the Above Objective, The Author Conducted a Descriptive and Analytical Study of the Conceptual of Digital Transformation and The Economic Intelligence. This Is Done by Discussing the Following Points: The Requirements and Indicators for The Application and Benefits of the Digital Transformation Process and The Digital Educational Technologies Used in University Education. And Identifying The Concept, Characteristics and Practices of Economic Intelligence, And Indicating the Importance of Economic Intelligence in Universities, Indicating The Extent to Which Digital Transformation Contributes to The Promotion of Economic Intelligence Practices.
To Achieve This Objectivs, A Questionnaire Survey Was Used as A Data Collection Tool. The Research Community Consisted of All Employees in Egyptian Government Universities, Totaling (27) Universities. The Research Relied On a Random Sample of (168) Individuals, And The Scale Was Applied Electronically. The Study Concluded That There Is a Statistically Significant Relationship Effect Between Digital Transformation and Economic Intelligence Practices in Its Various Dimensions (Foreseeing, Information Protection And Security, Influence Policy) In The Research Sector. With The Recommendation That More Studies And Researches Should Be Done.
