دراسة واقع ومستقبل الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري

يهدف البحث إلى إجراء مراجعة للأدبيات بشأن الاقتصاد الإبداعي بشكل عام، والاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري بشكل خاص، ودراسة واقع الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري من خلال تحليل مؤشرات كل بند من بنود صادرات وواردات الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري بشكل تفصيلي، والتنبؤ بمستقبل الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري من خلال تحليل السلاسل الزمنية لإجمالي الصادرات الإبداعية المصرية وإجمالي الواردات الإبداعية المصرية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الكمي. وقد خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن أقوى قطاع من قطاعات الصناعات الإبداعية المصرية هو الحرف الفنية أو الحرف اليدوية، بما يمكن مصر من تحقيق ميزة تنافسية فيه، وأضعف قطاع هو الفنون الأدائية، وبشأن التنبؤ بمستقبل الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري فإن هناك تحسن ملحوظ في إجمالي الصادرات الإبداعية المصرية، كما أن هناك تحسن نسبي في إجمالي الواردات الإبداعية المصرية، إلا أن هذه النتائج لا تتوافق نسبيًا مع رؤية مصر 2030 والتي أكدت على ضرورة الاهتمام بالاقتصاد الإبداعي لدعم التنمية المستدامة. ومن ثم فقد خرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات تفيد في دعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري، منها تفعيل مبادرات تعزيز الاقتصاد الإبداعي والصناعات الإبداعية التي بدأتها الدولة المصرية، والاهتمام بالحرف الفنية بصفة خاصة، وإنشاء هيئة متخصصة مسئولة عن تنسيق وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الصناعات الإبداعية، وتشجيع التعاون بين جميع الجهات الفاعلة كلاعبين أساسيين من أفراد وهيئات ووزارات وجهات خاصة، حيث تعزز هذه الهيئة من عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي للصناعات الإبداعية. وأخيرًا تم استعراض حدود البحث وفرص البحوث المستقبلية، ويعتبر البحث محاولة لإثراء المكتبة العربية في مجال الاقتصاد الإبداعي وخاصة الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري، حيث أن هناك ندرة في الأبحاث العلمية وخاصة التي تحلل بيانات الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري، وذلك على الرغم من أهمية الموضوع، واهتمام الدولة المصرية بدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي طبقًا لرؤية مصر 2030، لذا فقد قدم البحث مجموعة من فرص البحوث المستقبلية لاستكمال الجهود لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي المصري.
The research aims to conduct a review of the literature on the creative economy in general, and the Egyptian creative economy in particular, and to study the reality of the Egyptian creative economy by analyzing the indicators of each item of the Egyptian creative economy’s exports and imports in detail, and to predict the future of the Egyptian creative economy through analyzing the time series of the total Egyptian creative exports and total Egyptian creative imports, this is based on the quantitative descriptive method. The research concluded a set of results, including that the strongest sector of the Egyptian creative industries is art crafts or handicrafts, which enables Egypt to achieve a competitive advantage in it, and the weakest sector is the performing arts. With regard to predicting the future of the Egyptian creative economy, there is a noticeable improvement in the total Egyptian creative exports, and there is a relative improvement in the total Egyptian creative imports. However, these results are relatively inconsistent with Egypt's Vision 2030, which emphasized the need to pay attention to the creative economy to support sustainable development. Hence, the research came out with a set of recommendations useful in supporting the Egyptian creative economy, including activating initiatives to promote the creative economy and creative industries initiated by the Egyptian state, paying attention to artistic crafts in particular, establishing a specialized body responsible for coordinating and implementing strategies for creative industries, and encouraging cooperation between all parties. Actors as key players, including individuals, agencies, ministries, and private entities, as this authority enhances the strategic planning process for the creative industries. Finally, the limitations of research and opportunities for future research were reviewed. The research is considered an attempt to enrich the Arab library in the field of the creative economy, especially the Egyptian creative economy, as there is a dearth of scientific research, especially that analyzes the data of the Egyptian creative economy, despite the importance of the topic, and the interest of the Egyptian state in supporting The creative economy according to Egypt's 2030 vision, so the research presented a set of future research opportunities to continue the efforts to support the Egyptian creative economy.
