المستخلص

               في هذا البحث سوف نقوم بمقارنه تطور المعلوماتية في فئات المجتمع العراقي والمصري لعام 2016
وحسب المؤشرات الثلاث (الاعمال والاشخاص والحكومات) واتضح ان هناك تطور واضح للمعلوماتية في العراق ومصر وبدرجات متفاوته حيث كان متوسط الانتشار التكنولوجي في العراق ومصر حسب مؤشــــر الأعمال للعام 2016 سجل ماقيمته 34% للدولتين.
اما متوسط الانتشار التكنولوجي في العراق ومصر حسب مؤشر الأشخاص في العراق بنسبة 73% مقابل 59% لمصر اي ان العراق يعتبر الافضل من حيث مؤشر الانتشار التكنولوجي حسب مؤشر الاشخاص.
  وكان متوسط مؤشرالانتشار التكنولوجي حسب مؤشرالحكومات قيمته (33%) للعراق مقابل (72%).لمصر اي ان مصر تعتبر الافضل من حيث مؤشر الانتشار التنكنولوجي حسب مؤشر الحكومات.
التساؤل: ماهي نسبة انتشار التكنولوجيا في العراق ومصر وتحولهما الى مجتمع معلوماتي؟.
In this research, we will compare the development of informatics in the groups of Iraqi and Egyptian society for the year 2016 According to the three indicators (businesses, people and governments), it became clear that there is a clear development of informatics in Iraq and Egypt, to varying degrees, as the average technological spread in Iraq and Egypt according to the business index for the year 2016 recorded a value of 34% for the two countries.
 As for the average technological spread in Iraq and Egypt, according to the People Index in Iraq, it is 73% compared to 59% for Egypt, meaning that Iraq is considered the best in terms of the technological spread index according to the People Index.
 The average technology penetration index according to the government index was (33%) for Iraq, compared to (72%) for Egypt.
 In other words, Egypt is considered the best in terms of the technological spread index, according to the government index.
Question: What is the rate of technology spread in Iraq and Egypt and their transformation into an information society ?
