جهود الإدارة المحلية لتحقيق التنمية السياسية في مصر والصين دراسة تطبيقية على مدينتي الإسماعيلية المصرية وسوجو الصينية

إن جهود الإدارة المحلية في مصرفي تحقيق التنمية السياسية والتي تظهر من خلال مؤسسة حكومية وهى وزارة التنمية المحلية وذلك بشكل غير مباشر، فهى تقوم بدور تنموي وخدمي من خلال التنسيق مع الوزارات ذات الصلة والوزارة وبين المحافظات فيما يخص التنمية المحلية
وقد حاولت الدراسة إبراز دور الإدارة المحلية في القيام بدور فعال في توفير الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين وتنمية المجتمع ممايؤدي إلى تحقيق التنمية السياسية في المجتمع من خلال الدور الخدمي والتنموي للإدارة المحلية في مصر بالأضافة إلى جهود دعم اللامركزية، وهناك عدة برامج أخري للتنمية المحلية مما يكون لها أثر كبير في تحقيق التنمية السياسية في مصر.
كما أوضحت الدراسة جهود الإدارة المحلية في المشاركة السياسية للمواطنين وتعزيز المؤسسات وتطوير مجالات الإدارة المحلية، وتحديات تطوير الإدارة المحلية في مصر، ودور الإدارة المحلية في رؤية مصر2030، وتعتبر جمهورية الصين الشعبية نموذجاً فريداً لتحقيق التنمية خلال فترة وجيزة وتحسين مستويات المعيشة لملايين المواطنين في الصين.
الأمر الذى جعل التجربة الصينية في التقدم والصعود كقوة اقتصادية ذات اهمية عالمية. وسياسات الإصلاح التي انتهجتها الصين لم تغفل دورالإدارة المحلية في تحقيق التنمية وخاصاً التنمية السياسية والتي هي محور الدراسة الحالية والتي أوضحت جهود الإدارة المحلية في جمهورية الصين الشعبية والدور الفعال لتحقيق التنمية السياسية ومن هذه الجهود: تقديم الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين،وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية،وتنمية الوعي السياسي للمواطنين،ولقد شهدت العلاقات المصرية الصينية تطوراً مستمراً في كافة المجالات ، وقد أثبتت هذه العلاقات قدرتها على مواكبة التحولات الدولية والإقليمية والداخلية، فهى علاقات تاريخية ومتميزة لدولتين عريقتين، وفي ظل هذا التعاون وقعت اتفاقيات في مجالات كثيرة ومنها اتفاقية التآخي والتوأمه والتعاون بين مدينتي الإسماعيلية المصرية وسوجو الصينية.
The study attempted to highlight the role of the local administration in playing an effective role in providing basic services to citizens and community development, which leads to achieving political development in society through the service and developmental role of the local administration in Egypt, in addition to efforts to support decentralization. There are several other programs for local development that have an impact. Great in achieving political development in Egypt.
The study also clarified the efforts of the local administration in the political participation of citizens, the strengthening of institutions and the development of areas of local administration, the challenges of developing local administration in Egypt, and the role of local administration in Egypt's Vision 2030. The People's Republic of China is a unique model for achieving development in a short period and improving the living standards of millions of citizens in China.
Which made the Chinese experience in progress and rise as an economic power of global importance. The reform policies pursued by China did not overlook the role of the local administration in achieving evelopment, especially political development, which is the focus of the current study, which clarified the efforts of the local administration in the People's Republic of China and the effective role in achieving political development. These efforts include: providing basic services to citizens, achieving economic development, and developing political awareness. For citizens, the Egyptian-Chinese relations have witnessed continuous development in all fields, and these relations have proven their ability to keep pace with international, regional and internal transformations.
