المستخلص

     من خلال منظور هذه الدراسة نتعرض إلي تاثير التنمية الصينية وتغير إستراتيجياتها بدايةً من توالي الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينج عام 2013م علي كافة النواحي الدبلوماسية، الإقتصادية ونزاعها التجاري مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وسباق التسلح في عصر تغلب فيه التكنوولجيا فائقة الذكاء وتداعيات هذا التنافس علي مستقبل النظام الدولي؛ كما نستعرض أدوات الصين في الهيمنة، كبحر الصين الجنوبي، حيث الذي أصبح مسرحاً للصراع الدولي بسبب رؤية  الصين لأهميته القصوي في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المرجو وتأمين الطرق التجارية والممرات البحرية التي تدعم المشروع الصيني  وكذلك "مبادرة الحزام والطريق BRI" ليصبح أكبر مشروع بنية تحتية في تاريخ البشرية، كذلك الأزمة التايوانية التي أصبحت منطقة صراع ساخنة بين بكين وواشنطن؛ كما نستشرف السيناريوهات المتوقعة من خلال النظريات المفسرة لهذه الصراعات .
     Through the perspective of this study, we are exposed to the impact of Chinese development and the change in its strategies, beginning with the succession of Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013, on all diplomatic and economic aspects, its trade dispute with the United States of America, and the arms race in an era in which highly intelligent technology prevails, and the repercussions of this competition on the future of the international system. ; We also review China’s tools for hegemony, such as the South China Sea, which has become a theater of international conflict due to China’s view of its utmost importance in achieving the desired economic growth and securing trade routes and sea lanes that support the Chinese project, as well as the “Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)” to become the largest infrastructure project in the history of China. Humanity, as well as the Taiwanese crisis, which has become a hot conflict zone between Beijing and Washington; we also anticipate the expected scenarios through the theories explaining these conflicts.
