أثر الاستدامة المالية علي الأداء المالي للمؤسسات "دراسة تطبيقية علي قطاع البترول فى مصر"

كان الهدف من هذا البحث هو اختبار أثر اﻹستدامة المالية على الأداء المالي بالتطبيق في قطاع البترول، وذلك من أجل لفت اﻹنتباه الي أهمية تأثير اﻹستدامة المالية على الأداء المالي للشركات. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق فروض الدراسة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (300) مفردة من المديرين والعاملين بقطاع البترول. وتوصلت الدراسة الي النتائج التالية وهي وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للاستدامة المالية على أبعاد الاداء المالي للمؤسسات في قطاع البترول، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، والمسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة) في مدى تطبيق مفهوم الاستدامة المالية في قطاع البترول، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، والمسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة) في مدى تحسين الأداء المالي في قطاع البترول.
The aim of this research was to test the impact of financial sustainability on financial performance by applying it in the petroleum sector, in order to draw attention to the importance of the impact of financial sustainability on the financial performance of companies. The analytical descriptive approach was used to achieve the study hypotheses, and the study sample consisted of (300) individual managers and workers in the petroleum sector. The study reached the following results, which are the existence of a statistically significant effect of financial sustainability on the dimensions of the financial performance of institutions in the petroleum sector, and the presence of statistically significant differences according to demographic variables (age, educational qualification, job title, and years of experience) in the extent to which the concept of financial sustainability is applied in the oil sector Petroleum, and the existence of statistically significant differences according to demographic variables (age, educational qualification, job title, and years of experience) in the extent to which financial performance improved in the petroleum sector.
