دور إدارة الأزمات في مواجهة إشكالية الأمن الغذائي خلال جائحة كورونا : دراسة تحليلية بالمملكة العربية السعودية

يلقي البحث الضوء على قضية الأمن الغذائي باعتبارها أحد أهم القضايا الرئيسة التي تواجه العالم، وتمثل إحدى قضايا الأمن القومي لأي بلد، ويركز في هذا الصدد على أزمة الأمن الغذائي في المملكة العربية السعودية خلال جائحة كورونا، والتحديات التي أحاطت بتعاطي الحكومة السعودية مع تداعيات هذه الأزمة بداية من واقع الموارد الطبيعية في المملكة لاسيما المياه والزراعة وإنتاج الغذاء، ومرورا بالمؤشرات الاقتصادية المرتبطة بالأمن الغذائي، ونهاية بالصعوبات الإضافية التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا مثل تقييد الحركة والتداول نتيجة الإجراءات الاحترازية، وارتباك سلاسل امداد السلع الغذائية، وحالات الحظر التي قررتها العديد من الدول على صادراتها من السلع الغذائية، وسعى البحث إلى الإجابة على إشكالية تتعلق بمدى قدرة المملكة العربية السعودية على التعامل مع الأزمة في إطار التحديات السابق ذكرها، وبيان أن الحرص على والشفافية في تفعيل استراتيجية الأمن الغذائي التي أقرتها حكومة المملكة في مايو من عام 2018م، كان لها دور بالغ الأهمية في التخفيف من وطأة تأثير جائحة كورونا على الأمن الغذائي في المملكة، وساق البحث عدد من الأدلة التي تبرهن على نجاح الحكومة السعودية في إدارة الأزمة، كما حذر من خطورة مستجدات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، والازمة الجيوسياسية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط نتيجة العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، بالإضافة إلى التغيرات المناخية الحادة و تداعياتها على الأمن الغذائي، أوصى بعدم الاعتماد على ما تحقق من مستوى جيد في الأمن الغذائي، ودعم دور المملكة في مجال سلاسل الإمداد العالمية، بهدف تعزيز موقع المملكة باعتبارها مركزًا رئيسيًّا وحلقة وصل عالمية بالنسبة إلى سلاسل الإمداد، بهدف جعل السعودية بيئة استثمار مناسبة ومثالية لجميع المستثمرين في هذا القطاع، ونبه إلى ضرورة استدامة التعامل بأولوية مع قضية الأمن الغذائي.
