العلاقة بين تطبيق معايير الحوكمة والأداء التنظيمى المستدام فى ضوء رضا العاملين

  يهدف هذا البحث إلى اختبار تأثير العلاقة بين تطبيق معايير الحوكمة والأداء التنظيمى المستدام فى ضوء رضا العاملين لشركات الصناعات الغذائية العاملة فى جمهورية مصر العربية ، وذلك باستخدام عينه ميسرة من 388 مستجيب وتم تحديد حجم العينة الإجمالية عند مستوى ثقة 95% وعند حدود خطأ معيارى 5%، وتم الحصول علي البيانات بواسطة استمارة الأستبيان الموزعه من خلال تطبيق (Google Form) ، واستخدم الباحث فى تحليل البيانات المجمعه تطبيق الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الأجتماعية ( SPSS ) ، وتطبيق (AMOS).
  ومن خلال التحليل الإحصائى بالمؤشرات التالية : مؤشر مربع كاى المعيارى (²Chi)، ومؤشر جودة المطابقة المعدل (GFI) ، ومؤشر جودة المطابقة المعيارى (NFI) ، ومؤشر جودة المطابقة المقارن (CFI) ، ومؤشر الجذر التربيعى لمتوسط مربعات خطأ التقدير (RMSEA) . أشارت نتائج المؤشرات المستخدمة فى الأختبار حسن المطابقة ، وتقدم النتائج تقديرات جيدة ومقبولة للدلالة على الصدق البنائى للمقياس ، وتكون المقياس بصورتة النهائية من (71) مفردة ، وأوصت الدراسة باستخدتم المقياس فى تحسين معدلات النمو فى شركات الصناعات الغذائية.
The purpose of this research is to test the impact of the Relationship Between The Application Of Corporate Governance Standards And Sustainable Organizational Performance In The Light Of Employees Satisfaction A Case Study Of Food Industries In Egypt. Using a user-friendly sample of 388 respondents, the size of the total sample was determined at 95% confidence level and at the limit of a standard error of 5%. Data were obtained through the distributed questionnaire through the Google Form application. The researcher used the application of social science statistical packages (SPSS) & (AMOS) in analysis the collected data.
  Through statistical analysis, The researcher identified indicators fitting the quality of the proposed test model with the supposed test model of statistical analysis output through the following indicators: Normed Chi Square (Chi²), and the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI), the Normed Fit Index (NFI), the Comparative Fit Index (CFI), and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA). and The results of the indicators used in the conformance quality test have demonstrated that the proposed test offers good and acceptable estimates of the Construct validity., In its final form, the test consists of 71 items, and the study recommended that the measure be used to improve the growth rates of food industry companies.
