       يُعدّ تغير المناخ ظاهرة عالمية تُؤثر على شتى بقاع العالم، بما في ذلك مصر، و لها عواقب اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية جسيمة، ممّا دفع مصر إلى انتهاج استراتيجية وطنية للتخفيف من وطأة هذه التغيرات ، ومحاولة التكيف معها ، وهو ما يُظهر توجه دول العالم كافة ومصر بصفة خاصة إلى التحول المُمنهج إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر، والطاقة النظيفة  لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، وتفرض التغيرات المُناخية تحديات كبيرة على مصر، بما في ذلك ارتفاع درجات الحرارة، ونُدرة المياه، وزيادة تواتر الظواهر الجوية المُتطرفة، ولهذه التأثيرات عواقب بعيدة المدى على مختلف القطاعات، بما في ذلك الزراعة والموارد المائية والبنية التحتية. وعلى الرغم من تحقيق الاقتصاد المصري فرصاً عظيمة للنمو، إلاّ أنّه لازال أمامه العديد من التحديات؛ ومنها التحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر. الذي يلعب دورًا مُهماً في النمو الاقتصادي من خلال خلق قطاعات جديدة وفرص عمل في مجالات الطاقة المتجددة، والزراعة المُستدامة والتقنيات الخضراء. ولقد طورت مصر سياسات وطنية لتغير المناخ واستراتيجيات للاقتصاد الأخضر لتوجيه انتقالها نحو مستقبل مُستدام. وتُوفّر هذه الأُطر خارطة طريق لتنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة، وتعزيز كفاءة الطاقة وتبني ممارسات مُستدامة بمختلف القطاعات، فضلاً عن توفير الاتفاقيات والالتزامات الدولية مثل اتفاق باريس، سياقًا عالميًا لجهود مصر لمكافحة تغير المناخ. وقد ناقشت هذه الورقة أثر الاستراتيجية الوطنية في تعزيز التحول إلى الاقتصاد الخضر وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في مصر؛ وقد أوضحت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي لاستراتيجية التغيرات المُناخية على تعزيز التحول للاقتصاد الأخضر؛ حيثُ بلغت قيمة معامل التحديد R2 = 88 %، وهو ما يعنى أنّ مُؤشرات التغيرات المُناخية تفسر 88% من التغيرات الحادثة في تعزيز وتسريع التحول الى الاقتصاد الأخضر في مصر، بالإضافة إلى ثبوت معنوية علاقة الانحدار ككل وفقاً لاختبار Fc  (99.524) . ووجود تكامل مشترك في كل من الأجلين القصير والطويل.
      Climate change is a global phenomenon that affects all parts of the world, including Egypt. It has serious economic, social, and environmental consequences, which has led Egypt to adopt a national strategy to mitigate the effects of these changes and to try to adapt to them. This shows the direction of all countries of the world and Egypt in particular towards a systematic transition to a green economy and clean energy to achieve economic growth. Climate change poses major challenges to Egypt, including rising temperatures, water scarcity, and increased frequency of extreme weather events. These impacts have long-term consequences for various sectors, including agriculture, water resources, and infrastructure.
        Despite the Egyptian economy achieving great opportunities for growth, it still faces many challenges, including the transition to a green economy. This plays an important role in economic growth by creating new sectors and job opportunities in the fields of renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and green technologies. Egypt has developed national climate change policies and green economy strategies to guide its transition to a sustainable future. These frameworks provide a roadmap for implementing renewable energy projects, enhancing energy efficiency, and adopting sustainable practices in various sectors. In addition to providing international agreements and commitments such as the Paris Agreement, a global context for Egypt's efforts to combat climate change.
      This paper discussed the impact of the national strategy in enhancing the transition to a green economy and achieving economic growth in Egypt. The results showed that there is a positive impact of the climate change strategy on enhancing the transition to a green economy, where the value of the coefficient of determination R2 = 88%, which means that climate change indicators explain 88% of the changes that have occurred in enhancing and accelerating the transition to a green economy in Egypt, in addition to the significance of the regression relationship as a whole according to the Fc test (99.524).
