أثر التوافق الصيني الروسي للحد من النفوذ الأمريكي في آسيا الوسطى

       تعد منطقة اسيا الوسطى من اهم المناطق الحيوية في العالم لما تملكه من مقومات جيوسياسية و اقتصادية مؤثرة في توجيه سياسات الدول ، والولايات المتحدة الامريكية منذ سقوط الاتحاد السوفيتي و انتهاجها سياسة القطب الواحد ، توجهت الى تلك المنطقة لمليء الفراغ الذى خلفه سقوط الاتحاد السوفيتي .
      وتعتبر العلاقات الروسية الصينية و تطورها واحدة من أهم العلاقات على مستوى النظام الدولى ، نظرا لما تحتله كلتا الدولتين من مقومات في النظام الدولى ، فكلتاهما عضو فى النادي النووي الدولى ، وهما أيضا من الدول الخمس دائمة العضوية فى مجلس الأمن ولهما حق الفيتو ، وهما الأقدر على منازعة الولايات المتحدة على قمة النظام الدولى ، وتنفرد كل منهما بميزات خاصة ، فروسيا وريثة الاتحاد السوفيتي ولديها من الإمكانات و القدرات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية ما يؤهلها لتكون لاعبا فاعلا ومؤثرا فى النظام الدولى ، أما الصين فهي العملاق الصاعد من شرق آسيا المنطلق بقوة نحو قمة النظام الدولى ، وهى قوة متنامية سياسيا واقتصاديا وعسكريا ، و هنالك عدد من المجالات التي تؤثر كثيرا على العلاقة بين روسيا و الصين اهمها الاقتصاد و الأمن و المصالح في آسيا الوسطى. ولكى تسيطر تلك القوتان على منطقة اسيا الوسطى فهي تحتاج ان توقف تمدد النفوذ الأمريكي المتمدد في تلك المنطقة .
      The Central Asian region is considered one of the most vital regions in the world because of its influential geopolitical and economic components in directing the policies of countries. Since the fall of the Soviet Union and its adoption of the unipolar policy, the United States of America has headed to that region to fill the void left by the fall of the Soviet Union. Russian-Chinese relations and their development are considered one of the most important relations at the level of the international system, given the components that both countries occupy in the international system. They are both members of the International Nuclear Club, and they are also among the five permanent members of the Security Council and have veto power, and they are the most capable of The United States is competing at the top of the international system, and each of them has special features. Russia is the heir to the Soviet Union and has the political, economic and military potential and capabilities that qualify it to be an effective and influential player in the international system. As for China, it is the rising giant from East Asia that is moving strongly towards the top of the international system. It is a growing political, economic, and military power, and there are a number of areas that greatly affect the relationship between Russia and China, the most important of which are the economy, security, and interests in Central Asia. In order for these two powers to control the Central Asian region, they need to stop the expansion of American influence in that region.
