المستخلص

تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة من أهمية دراسة الموضوع نفسه، الذي يتناول تقييم دور الخطط التنموية في زيادة حجم التجارة الخارجية لدولة تشاد.
          وتظهر مشكلة الدراسة في محدودية تأثير خطط وبرامج التنمية الاقتصادية المطبقة خلال فترة الدراسة على التجارة الخارجية لدولة تشاد (رغم توفر الإمكانيات البشرية والطبيعية للدولة متمثلة في وفرة الأراضي الزراعية الخصبة والمياه والثروة الحيوانية، والبترول الذي بدأ تصديره مع نهاية عام 2003م)، زد على ذلك أن هناك ندرة في الدراسات المرتبطة بالموضوع إضافة إلى قصورها وعدم اكتمالها في تحديد درجة الكفاءة في قدرة هذه الخطط التنموية على تنظيم وتوجيه التجارة الخارجية لدولة تشاد، من تبرز مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس الآتي: وهو ما مدى نجاح هذه الخطط التنموية في زيادة حجم التجارة الخارجية لدولة تشاد؟
          لذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور الخطط التنموية في زيادة حجم التجارة الخارجية لدولة تشاد. 
          اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع  وتحليل البيانات إضافة إلى المنهج  التاريخي، والمنهج الاستقرائي، لتوضيح وتقييم دور الخطط التنموية وتأثيرها من خلال مؤشرات التجارة الخارجية، وتقارير وزارة المالية والموازنة التشادية.
          ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم تقسيمها بعد مقدمة إلى ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، اشتملت على مجموعة من النتائج  والتوصيات.
The importance of this study lies in the importance of the study itself, which addresses the role of development plans in increasing the volume of foreign trade for Chad. The problem of the study is limited on the impact of economic development plans and programs, applied during the period in Chad (despite the availability of human and natural potential of the state in the abundance of fertile agricultural land, water, livestock, and oil, which began exported in 2003,Added to this is the scarcity of studies on the subject, in addition to their inadequacy and incompleteness in determining the degree of effectiveness in the capacity of these development plans to organize and guide the foreign trade of the State of Chad. The study was based around the following main question: to what extent do these development plans succeed in increasing the volume of foreign trade for Chad?
The study therefore aimed to assess the role of development plans in increasing the volume of foreign trade for Chad.
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to data collection and analysis, in addition to the historical and inductive approaches, to clarify and assess the role of development plans and their impact through foreign trade indicators and reports from the Ministry of Finance and Budget.
To achieve the study's objectives, it was divided after an introduction into three sections and a conclusion, which included a set of findings and recommendations.
