دور الأمم المتحدة والمشاركة المصرية وأهميتها في عملية حفظ السلام بجمهورية مالى

كان لمصر دور فعال وذلك من خلال الدعم الديبلوماسي حيث عبرت مصر في منتديات عديدة عن دعمها لاستقرار مالي ووحدتها الترابية. وضمن إطار منظمة التعاون الإسلامي والاتحاد الأفريقي، أكدت مصر على أهمية الحلول السلمية والحوار بين الأطراف المختلفة في مالي للتوصل إلى حل دائم للأزمة. ومشاركة عسكرية حيث استجابت مصر للنداء الدولي بإرسال قوات للمشاركة في بعثة حفظ السلام التابعة للأمم المتحدة في مالي (MINUSMA). وقد ساهمت الوحدات المصرية في تقديم الأمان والاستقرار في المناطق التي تم نشرها فيها، مع تقديم التدريب والخبرات لقوات الأمن المالية لتمكينها من تأدية وظائفها بكفاءة أكبر. كما كانت هناك تدريبات وتطوير قوات الأمن حيث كانت في إطار التعاون الثنائي، حيث قدمت مصر برامج تدريبية للقوات المالية في مجالات مكافحة الإرهاب وتأمين الحدود، لزيادة قدراتهم على التصدي للتحديات الأمنية، وكذلك المساعدات الإنسانية بالإضافة إلى المساعدات العسكرية والأمنية، قدمت مصر مساعدات إنسانية للشعب المالي، من طعام ودواء ومستلزمات أساسية، خصوصاً في المناطق التي تأثرت بشدة بسبب النزاع، وأيضا تعزيز التعاون الثقافي والاجتماعي إلى جانب الجوانب الأمنية والسياسية، عملت مصر على تعزيز التبادل الثقافي والاجتماعي مع مالي، من خلال برامج التبادل الطلابي وورش العمل والمعارض، بهدف تعزيز العلاقات بين شعبي البلدين.
تجسدت المشاركة المصرية في مالي في توجيه كل الإمكانيات نحو دعم مالي في مواجهة تحدياتها، سواء على الصعيد الأمني أو الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي، مؤكدةً على الدور الريادي لمصر في استقرار القارة الإفريقية

Within the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the African Union, Egypt stressed the importance of peaceful solutions and dialogue between the various parties in Mali to reach a lasting solution to the crisis. And military participation, as Egypt responded to the international call by sending forces to participate in the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Mali (MINUSMA). The Egyptian units contributed to providing security and stability in the areas where they were deployed, while providing training and expertise to the Malian security forces to enable them to perform their functions more efficiently. There was also training and development of the security forces, as it was within the framework of bilateral cooperation, as Egypt provided training programs for the Malian forces in the fields of combating terrorism and securing borders, increasing their capabilities to address security challenges, as well as humanitarian aid. In addition to military and security aid, Egypt provided humanitarian aid to the Malian people, Including food, medicine and basic supplies. Especially in areas that were severely affected by the conflict, and also enhancing cultural and social cooperation alongside the security and political aspects, Egypt worked to enhance cultural and social exchange with Mali through student exchange programmes, workshops and exhibitions with the aim of strengthening relations between the peoples of the two countries. Egyptian participation in Mali was embodied in directing all capabilities towards supporting Mali in facing its challenges. Whether on the security, economic or social levels, emphasizing Egypt’s pioneering role in stability.
