جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على مفهومي عمليات السلامة والصحة المهنية وفق المواصفة ايزو (45001)و دورها في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية, حيث اجبرت الطبيعة الديناميكية والمعقدة لبيئة األعمال المعاصرة على ضرور الاهتمام بتطوير تنافسيتها من أجل تمكنها من مواجهة المنظمات المنافسة الحادة في األسواق ، والصمود في وجه المنافسين؛مما جعل المنظمات تقع تحت ضغط منافسة شرسة، مما جعلها تسعى إلى تعزيز تنافسيتها بما يضمن لها البقاء في السوق وتعزيز مكانتها السوقية؛ و يتأتى ذلك من خلال امتلاك مقومات التنافس متمثلة في المزيا التنافسية، والتي تعبر عن عناصر التفوق أو التميز التي تمتلكها المنظمة مقارنة بمنافسيها , و من هنا ياتي اهمية تاثير عمليات الصحة و السلامة المهنية للوصل لتعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمنظمة, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (369) مفردة من المديرين، و(260) مفردة من العاملين في مجال البناء والتشييد بشركة المقاولين العرب، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أيضًا قائمة استقصاء للتعرف على آراء عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد عمليات السلامة والصحة المهنية وأبعاد الميزة التنا>فسية بمجال البناء والتشييد،وأوصىت الدراسة بضرورة التأكيد على أهمية دور إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية داخل المنشآت من خلال تطبيق اشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية وفقاً للمعايير الدولية، وتنفيذ المنظمة لعمليات مخصصة لضمان التشاور والمشاركة الفعالة للعاملين في نظام إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنية، ووجود آليات للتعرف وتحديد وتقييم المخاطر والفرص ذات الصلة بنظام السلامة والصحة المهنية بصورة مستمرة واستباقية، وضع نظام للاستعداد وسرعة الإستجابة لحالات الطوارئ مع تقديم الإسعافات الأولية اللازمة بسرعة فائقة، ووجود نظام للتحقق من الحوادث ومعرفة أسبابها الجذرية ووضع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية التي تمنع وقوعها مرة أخرى، واستمرار الأبحاث العلمية في المعيار الدولي أيزو 45001 للسلامة والصحة المهنية.
The study aimed to identify the impact of applying occupational safety and health processes in accordance with ISO (45001) (organizational context, leadership and employee participation, planning, support, process, performance evaluation, improvement) on enhancing competitive advantage cost, creativity and innovation, organization reputation, satisfaction Career, market share) in the field of building and construction. The study sample consisted of (369) managers and (260) workers in the field of building and construction at the Arab Contractors Company, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and also used a survey list to identify the opinions of the study sample. The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the dimensions of occupational safety and health operations and the dimensions of competitive advantage in the field of building and construction, and the presence of a statistically significant positive effect for the dimensions of occupational safety and health operations to enhance competitive advantage in the field of building and construction, he studies recommended the need to emphasize the importance of the role of occupational safety and health management within establishments through the application of occupational safety and health requirements in accordance with international standards, the organization’s implementation of dedicated processes to ensure consultation and effective participation of workers in the occupational safety and health management system, and the existence of mechanisms to identify, identify and evaluate risks and opportunities related to the system.
