تعد الموازنات التخطيطية الخضراء أداة محورية لإحداث تحولات جذرية في التوجه نحو التزام الشركات بمسئولياتها تجاه البيئة والمجتمع، وهي كذلك أداة رقابية للتعرف على الموارد المالية المخصصة للأنشطة البيئية والاجتماعية للشركات. وتلعب سلاسل التوريد في الشركات الصناعية دورًا بالغ الأهمية، فهي المصدر الرئيسي الذي من خلاله تحصل الشركات الصناعية على المواد والعناصر والمنتجات النصف مصنعة والأدوات والأجهزة المطلوبة لتنفيذ أنشطتها، مما يجعل للموردين دور محوري وتكاملي في إيفاء الشركات بمسئولياتها تجاه البيئة والمجتمع وذلك إذا ما تضافرت جهود الشركات الصناعية ومورديها وكافة الأطراف المتعاملة معها لتوفير المواد والعناصر الخضراء الغير مضرة بالبيئة منذ بداية سلسلة التوريد وصولًا إلى العمليات والأنشطة الخضراء التي لا تضر بالبيئة ثم إلى تقديم المنتجات الخضراء. ويعد تكامل الجهود بين الشركات الصناعية نفسها من خلال تخصيص القدر الكافي من الموارد في موازنتها التخطيطية لتنفيذ مسئوليتها تجاه البيئة والمجتمع مع جهود أعضاء سلسلة التوريد على اختلاف مواقعهم ومستوياتهم في سلسلة التوريد أمرًا ضروريًا للوصول إلى البيئة النظيفة الخالية من المنتجات الضارة والانبعاثات الكربونية والأنشطة والعمليات الصناعية التي تؤثر سلبًا على البيئة، والذي ينتج عنه تصوير الشركات وأعضاء سلاسل توريدها للصورة الإيجابية بيئيًا واجتماعيًا، مما يحث المستثمرين على الاستثمار فيها ويشجع العملاء على شراء منتجاتها، والذي من شأنه تحسين مستويات أدائها وقدرتها على النمو والبقاء. وعلى ضوء ذلك، تحاول الباحثة استكشاف مدى أهمية تحقيق التكامل بين الموازنات التخطيطية الخضراء وإدارة سلسلة التوريد البيئية ومدى انعكاسها على تحسين أداء الشركات الصناعية العاملة في مصر.
Green planning budgets are a pivotal tool for bringing about radical shifts in the trend towards companies’ commitment to their responsibilities towards the environment and society. They are also a monitoring tool for identifying the financial resources allocated to companies’ environmental and social activities. Supply chains in industrial companies play a very important role, as they are the main source through which industrial companies obtain materials, elements, semi-finished products, tools and devices required to carry out their activities, which makes suppliers a pivotal and complementary role in companies fulfilling their responsibilities towards the environment and society if the companies combine their efforts. Industrial, its suppliers and all parties dealing with it to provide green materials and elements that are not harmful to the environment from the beginning of the supply chain all the way to green operations and activities that do not harm the environment and then to providing green products. The integration of efforts between industrial companies themselves by allocating sufficient resources in their planning budget to implement their responsibility towards the environment and society with the efforts of supply chain members at different locations and levels in the supply chain is necessary to reach a clean environment free of harmful products, carbon emissions, and industrial activities and processes that It negatively affects the environment, which results in companies and members of their supply chains portraying a positive environmental and social image, which encourages investors to invest in them and encourages customers to buy their products, which would improve their performance levels and ability to grow and survive. In light of this, the researcher attempts to explore the importance of achieving integration between green planning budgets and environmental supply chain management and the extent of its impact on improving the performance of industrial companies operating in Egypt.
