Participative strategic planning significantly enhances organizational performance by fostering employee commitment to strategy implementation. This study, using data from 224 textile industry employees in Egypt, demonstrates that involving employees in the planning process improves their understanding, buy-in, and alignment with organizational goals. Such engagement creates a sense of ownership and accountability, leading to successful strategy execution and better performance outcomes.
