 في ظل المتغيرات والمستجدات العالمية المتلاحقة ومع التغيرات الدولية البيئية والاقتصادية والسياسية الملحة أصبح تحقيق التنمية المستدامة متطلبًا حتميًا لا شك فيه، وتسعى دول العالم جاهدة لتحقيق هذا المطلب بشتى الطرق والتي من بينها تكوين تحالفات دولية مع عدة دول أخرى لتعظيم الاستفادة من الموارد الاقتصادية ومواجهة التغيرات العالمية بشكل فعال، ومن ثم يستهدف هذا البحث دراسة دور التحالفات الدولية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال تعزيز الشراكات والتعاون بين الدول، مما يسهم في تحقيق رفاهية اقتصادية واجتماعية أوسع.
كما يتناول البحث دراسة تحليلية لدور تحالف البريكس (BRICS) في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في سياق التحديات العالمية المتزايدة من خلال آليات التعاون المشترك، مثل تمويل المشاريع التنموية، ودعم البنية التحتية، وتعزيز التكنولوجيا الخضراء. كما يتناول التحديات التي تواجهها هذه الدول وكيفية معالجتها ضمن إطار التحالف.
وخلص البحث إلى أن التحالفات الدولية مثل البريكس تمتلك إمكانات كبيرة لدعم التنمية المستدامة، شرط أن تعزز الشفافية والتكامل بين الأبعاد الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية، مع مراعاة مصالح الدول النامية بالإضافة الى أن تحالف البريكس يوفر منصة لتبادل الأفكار والممارسات الأفضل، مما يعزز النمو الاقتصادي الشامل والتنمية المستدامة.
Considering the successive global changes and developments, and with the urgent international environmental, economic, and political changes, achieving sustainable development has undoubtedly become an inevitable requirement. Countries around the world are striving to achieve this goal in various ways, including forming international alliances with several other countries to maximize the benefit from economic resources and effectively address global changes. Therefore, this research aims to study the role of international alliances in achieving sustainable development by strengthening partnerships and cooperation between countries, which contributes to achieving broader economic and social well-being.
The research also provides an analytical study of the role of the BRICS alliance in achieving sustainable development in the context of increasing global challenges through cooperation mechanisms, such as financing development projects, supporting infrastructure, and promoting green technology. It also addresses the challenges facing these countries and how to address them within the framework of the alliance.
The research concludes that international alliances such as BRICS have great potential to support sustainable development, provided they promote transparency and integration between economic, environmental, and social dimensions, while considering the interests of developing countries. Furthermore, the BRICS alliance provides a platform for exchanging ideas and best practices, which promotes inclusive economic growth and sustainable development.
