دور استراتيجيات التوظيف فى تحقيق الجودة الشاملة

في ظل المتغيرات السريعة والمتلاحقة التي يمر بها العالم اليوم إلى جانب المنافسة والتحديات التي تواجه المنظمات يزداد الإهتمام بإيجاد موارد بشرية على درجة عالية من الکفاءة حتى يتم مواجهة هذه التحديات بفعالية عالية وإقتدار ، فالمورد البشري کائن مفکر بطبيعته قادر على التخطيط والقيادة والوقوف في سوق المنافسة، وبالتالي يکون لزاما على المنظمات الناجحة إختيار هذا العنصر الهام، وتأهيله، وتنمية قدراته، وتدريبه لإکسابه المهارات الکافية، وصولا بالمنظمة إلى العالمية.
وعلى المنظمات أن تتکيف مع هذه المتغيرات والتطورات، ذلک إذا ما أرادت لنفسها البقاء والنمو في عالم الأعمال، ومن بين هذه المتغيرات تزايد حدة المنافسة خاصة على المستوى العالمي، کما أن إتباع إستراتيجيات تخفيض وترشيد التکاليف تساهم کثيرة في زيادة الدور التنافسي للمنظمة، ومن بين الإستراتيجيات التي تساهم في تخفيض التکاليف إستراتيجية التشغيل المؤقت، کما أنها توفر مرونة مناسبة في إتخاذ القرارات تجاه التوظيف المؤقت، قد لاتکون متاحة في ظل التشغيل الدائم .
 
Abstract:
 
Increase the need of tourism organizations in Egypt to the temporary employment due to the developments and changes of the labor market in Egypt at multi-fields. Temporary employment is no longer limited to sanitary, maintenance, services, and administrative works only. It included other fields such as consultations, technical works, secretary, experts in management, organization, and economy in addition to doctors, accountants, etc (i.e. new projects, and urgent works).
Lack of standard vision or stable-organized strategy for the temporary employment n addition to the huge differences in skills of temporary employees.
 
Recognize systems of employment strategies including temporary employment within hotel industry in Egypt.
Shed lights on advantages of using the temporary employment by business organizations in general and by hotel organizations in particular.
Shed lights on the size of the problems that face the application of service quality standards as one of the extensive quality requirements at hotels.
Recognize the challenges that face human resources administration as a result of using the temporary employment.
