يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد دور متطلبات إدارة المعرفة في زيادة فاعلية تطبيق الحکومة الإلکترونية بالجهاز المرکزى للتنظيم والإدارة في مصر، ومحاولة تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات تساهم في تحقيق زيادة فاعلية تطبيق الحکومة الإلکترونية، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتطلبات بناء وتشييد إدارة المعرفة بهدف زيادة فاعلية تطبيق الحکومة الإلکترونية بالجهاز المرکزى للتنظيم والإدارة ، کما قدم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: توفير متطلبات ادارة المعرفة بالجهاز الحکومي في مصر .
Abstract:
The research aims to indicate the role of knowledge management in increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of Electronic Government in the Central Agency for Organization and Management in Egypt, and try to provide a set of recommendations to increasing  the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic government, and reach a set of results, including there is a very strong positive correlation relationship between the infrastructure of knowledge management and increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of Electronic Government.  and Electronic Government  , as presented a set of recommendations, including: Practicing Knowledg Management processes and adjusting the infrastructure for knowledge management in governmental agencies.
