التوسع في استخدام الوسائل التکنولوجية الحديثة واتباع سياسات جديدة لتطوير الأداء الإداري وتحسين مخرجاته بما يتماشى مع التطور السريع في تکنولوجيا المعلومات والبرمجيات، وکذلک الطفرة الکبيرة في وسائل الاتصال والتکنولوجيا المتقدمة، کلها أمور أدت إلى تصميم نظم معلومات إدارية (MIS) تمکن المنظمات المعاصرة من تحقيق أداء تنظيمي فعال وتقديم خدمات إدارية على مستوي جيد بتکلفة أقل وبطريقة أسهل، ومن المتوقع أن ينعکس الاعتماد على نظم المعلومات الإدارية السياسات والقوانين والتشريعات القائمة وتنمية قدرات الموارد البشرية والتي تمکن المنظمات من مواجهة الأزمات التنظيمية. وهدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدي توافر متطلبات نظم المعلومات الإدارية، وکذلک القيود والمعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية بجامعتي قناة السويس والزقازيق، وکذلک اختبار العلاقة بين تطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية وإدارة الازمات التنظيمية وذلک بجامعتي قناة السويس والزقازيق.

Increasing the use of modern technological tools and follow the new policies for the development of management performance and improve outcomes in line with the rapid development of information and software technology, as well as the big boom in the information and communication technology, all of which led to the design of electronic management programs, which enables contemporary organizations achieve organizational performance TEMPeffectively and provide administrative services of a good standard at a lower cost and easier way, it is expected to be reflected in reliance on electronic policies, laws and existing legislation and the development of human resource capabilities dat enable organizations to meet the organizational crisis management approach. The research aimed to study the availability of the requirments of management information systems, as well as the limitations and constraints dat limit the TEMPeffectiveness of management information systems at the Universities of the Suez Canal and Zagazig. In addition to test the relationship between management information systems and organizational crises management at Suez Canal and Zagazig Universities
