هدف هذا البحث بصفة أساسية إلى دراسة أثر استخدام المراجعة المشترکة بمکاتب المراجعة الخارجية بالسودان في الحد من ظهور فجوة التوقعات في أداء المراجعين، ولقد أسفرت نتائج البحث الميداني ألي وجود اهتمام لدي مکاتب المراجعة الخارجية السودانية بأهمية المراجعة المشترکة في عملية تحسين الأداء المهني للمراجعين، بالإضافة إلى تأثيرها في الحد من فجوة التوقعات في المراجعة. أوصي البحث بضرورة إعادة تفکير مکاتب المراجعة الخارجية من خلال بحث واعتماد البدائل الأخرى للمراجعة الفردية والتي لم تعد ملائمة مع طبيعة بعض المشروعات الاقتصادية.

The goal of this research, mainly to the study of the impact of the use of common audit offices of external audit of the Sudan in the reduction of the appearance of the expectations gap in the performance of revisers, has resulted in the results of field research to the existence of interest to the audited offices Sudanese Foreign Ministry of the importance of the joint review in the process of improving professional performance scrutineers, as well as to its impact in reducing the expectations gap in the review. Research recommended the need for re-thinking of the offices of the external review through the consideration and adoption of the other alternatives to the individual review which is no longer appropriate to the nature of some economic projects.
