تهدف الدراسة الى بيان العلاقة بين تکنولوجيا التعليم وتنمية المواهب لدي الطلاب: دراسة ميدانية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليل، وقوائم الاستقصاء کأداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (7149)، کما بلغت عينة الدراسة (364) مفردة، وکانت عينة عشوائية طبقية. وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة معنوية بينت تکنولوجيا التعليم وتنمية المواهب لدي الطلاب، وکذلک ضعف في أنظمة وبرامج وتقييم الأداء التي تنعکس على تکنولوجيا التعليم مع افتقار الجامعات موضوع البحث لبرامج التدريب والتطوير واتباع التدريسية الحديثة في ذلک ووفقا لما تفرضه العولمة وثورة المعلومات والتي هي من سمات المنظمات المعاصرة مع قصور في تشجيع وتحفيز المبدعين وکذلک إعداد البحوث والدراسات التي من شأنها الاهتمام بالطالب بشکل أفضل. وقد جاءت أهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بتحديث برامج تحسين وتطوير الاستراتيجيات الحالية والاهتمام بالطالب، وتشجيع الاستخدام والانتفاع من الموارد بکفاءة وجودة عالية.

The study aims to release the relationship between education and technology and the development of talent among students: An Empirical Study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical approach, and lists of the survey as a key tool to collect data from the study's Society (7149), as was the study sample (364) single, and was stratified random sample. The study found that there were significant relationship between education and technology and the development of talent among students, as well as weakness in systems and software performance and evaluation which reflected on educational technology wif the lack of university research topic for the training and development programs and follow the teaching of modern in that According imposed by globalization and the information revolution, which is characteristic of organizations contemporary wif the failure to encourage and motivate the creators as well as the preparation of research and studies that will interest the student better. The most important recommendation was the need to update the interest to improve and develop existing strategies and attention to students, and to encourage use and utilization of the resources efficiently and high quality programs
