أثر المنح والمساعدات فى الناتج المحلى الاجمالى الفلسطينى خلال الفترة 1994-2013

هدف البحث لتقييم دور المنح والمساعدات وتأثيرها في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية خلال الفترة ۱۹۹4-۲۰۱۳، والتعرف علي أهميتها، وأهدافها. تتم استخدم النموذج القياسي لتحليل البيانات.
وبعد إجراء الاختبارات القياسية لصحة فرضية البحث والتي بينت أثر المنح والمساعدات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والذي بلغ حوالي 15
. 55 %، کما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى تراجع مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي
: أوصي الباحث بأهمية وضع خطة إستراتيجية متوسطة، وطويلة الأجل، الکيفية استغلال المنح والمساعدات في مشاريع إنتاجية لها قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد الفلسطيني، بالإضافة إلى زيادة نسبة مساهمة المنح والمساعدات في المشاريع التطويرية وخاصة الإنتاجية لزيادة مساهمتها في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي؛ مما سيؤدي إلى رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي الفلسطيني.
 
Abstract:
The research aims to evaluate the role of grants, aid and its impact on gross domestic product(GDP) of the Palestinian National Authority during the period 1994-2013, also to recognize their importance, and objectives.
 The standard model used to analyze the data. After conducting standard tests for Health Research Hypothesis, which showed the  impact of grants and aid in GDP, which amounted to approximately (%15.55).
The research most important findings were as follows: a results to decline  the contribution of economic sectors in the GDP. The research most important recommendations were as follows: the importance of developing a medium strategic plan, and long-term, as to how grants and aid the exploitation of the value-added of the Palestinian economy productive projects, in addition to increase the proportion of grants and aid contribution to the development projects and private productivity to increase its contribution to GDP; which will raise Palestinian economic growth rates.
