أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الکلية في الجزائر الفترة بين 2000 - 2015

تناول هذا البحث أهم الصدمات النفطية التي حدثت في الفترة بين 2000- 2015 وثم إسقاط هذه التغيرات في أسعار النفط على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الکلية في الجزائر والمتمثلة في الإيرادات العامة والناتج المحلي الإجمالي والإيرادات، ثم سعر الصرف، حيث تم تحديد مدى تأثر هذه المتغيرات عند متوسط سعر النفط کل سنة، وقسم هذا البحث إلى جزأين، تضمن الجانب الأول أهم الصدمات النفطية التي جرت في الفترة قيد الدراسة، وتم شرح أسباب هذه التقلبات، و جاء تحت عنوان أهم الصدمات النفطية وأسبابها في الفترة ما بين 2000- 2015، أما الجزء الثاني فقد تناول التأثر في الاقتصاد الکلي الجزائري جراء التقلبات الحاصلة في أسعار النفط وجاء تحت عنوان أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الکلية في الجزائر، وفي الأخير توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract:
This research explained , the most important oil shocks which occurred in the period between 2000 - 2015 and these changes in oil prices on some macroeconomic variables in Algeria are studied which represented in the general income ، GDP and imports, then the rate of exchange, where determining the impact of these changes at an average price of oil every year . This research was divided into two parts, the first part is including the most important oil shocks that took place in the period under consideration, and the reasons for these fluctuations were explained and came under the title of the most important oil shocks and there causes during 2000 – 2015.
Moreover، the second part took place of the impact of vulnerability in Algeriane macroeconomic variables by fluctuations in the prices of oil under the title of the impact of changes in oil prices on some macroeconomic variables in Algeria. Finally, the research gives conclusions and recommendations.
