دور تنمية قدرات الموارد البشرية في زيادة کفاءة العمليات الخدمية (دراسة ميدانية على شرکات التأمين الليبية)

تمثلت مشکلة الدراسة في أن هناک قصور في تنمية قدرات الموارد البشرية وبالتالي ينعکس سلباً على کفاءة العمليات الخدمية في شرکات التأمين الليبية مما يؤثر على أداء هذه الشرکات وأوضحت النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة وجود أثر معنوي لتنمية قدرات الموارد البشرية وذلک على زيادة کفاءة العمليات الخدمية في شرکات التأمين الليبية، کما أکدت الدراسة على ضرورة الاهتمام بالموارد البشرية وتطويرها وضرورة إدراک المديرون والعاملون في هذه الشرکات قيد الدراسة لدور تنمية الموارد البشرية في زيادة کفاءة العمليات الخدمية.
Abstract:
It consisted study a problem in that there is a lack of human resources capacity development and thus reflect negatively on the efficiency of the service operations in the Libyan insurers which affects the performance of these companies and explained the main findings of the study no significant impact to the development of human resource capacity in order to increase the efficiency of service operations in the Libyan insurers the study also emphasized the need to pay attention to human resources development and the need to recognize the managers and workers in these companies being considered for the role of human resources development in increasing the efficiency of service processes.
