أثر التطورات العربية على النظام الإقليمي العربي: رؤية استشرافية

 
 
الملخص:
اتضح أن التطورات العربية التي شهدتها بعض دول النظام الإقليمي العربي ليست حدثاً عادياً يمکن تصنيفه وقراءته في إطار الهبات الاحتجاجية الشعبية التي تعرفها کل الشعوب, فبغض النظر عن مآله سيعيد رسم الخريطة السياسية للواقع العربي سياسياً واجتماعياً وربما جغرافياً؛ لذلک يصبح التفکير بتروٍ في المستقبل القريب والبعيد من الضرورات الأساسية؛ حيث وضعت الدراسة عدة سيناريوهات لمستقبل النظام العربي, ورجحت الدراسة السيناريو الأول, سيناريو التکيف, انطلاقاً من استمرار صلاحية المقوم العربي, ارتباطاً باللغة والثقافة السائدتين في المنطقة, برغم الاختلافات الإثنية والطائفية.
