قضايا المرأة السياسية في منظمة الأمم المتحدة وأثارها على اليمن

الملخص :
تهدف هذه الدراسه الى التعرف على الدور الذي تقوم به منظمة الأمم المتحدة نحو دعم القضايا السياسية للمرأة ، ومعرفة آثار مطالب اتفاقيات ومؤتمرات المرأة الدولية على اليمن وتطور الآليات الوطنية تجاه تطبيقها.
ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة عدداً من المداخل کالمدخل القانوني والمدخل التاريخي ومدخل تحليل النظم وتوصلت الدراسه الى أن قضايا المرأة السياسية قد استحوذت على حيز کبير من أهداف الألفية الإنمائية التي وضعتها منظمة الأمم المتحدة، کما عملت المنظمة على الکثير من التشريعات والإعلانات العالمية التي تهتم بقضايا المرأة ، واعتبرت أن حصولها على حقوقها السياسية من أساسيات استقرار المجتمعات الذي له دور إيجابي في استقرار المجتمعات.
واستجابه لهذا الدور صادقت الجمهورية اليمنية على معظم تلک الاتفاقيات الخاصة بالمرأة واعتبرتها بمثابة التزام من قبلها ينعکس في دستورها وتشريعاتها، والعمل على تحديث التشريعات والقوانين الوطنية بما يتوافق مع الاتفاقيات الدولية من أجل الدعم الجاد لقضايا المرأة السياسية وإدماجها في التشريعات الوطنية والتي منها تأمين مشارکة المرأة اليمنية في الحياة السياسية وخلق آلية تشريعية لتسريع وصولها لمواقع صنع القرار ، وتقديم التقارير حول مستوى تنفيذ تلک الاتفاقيات.
 
                                       
Abstract :
 This  study  aims  to  identify  the  role of   the United  Nations  to support the political issues of Yemeni women. Also knowing  the effects of the international women conventions and conferences demands  on Yemeni   woman   and    the  development   of  national  mechanisms to be applied.To achieve the objectives of the study, The researcherused a number of entrances like the legal  and historical  entrance and the systems analysis entrance. The study found that women 's political issues have captured the large space of the Millennium Development Goals set by the United Nations,  as the  organization  has worked  on a lot of legislation and international declarations  which  concerned withthe womenissues ,  considering that obtaining  her political rights is one of the basics of societies stability   which has a positiverolein the societiesstability .Inresponsetothisrole the Republic of Yemen has ratified most of the conventions on women and considered it as a commitment which is reflected in its Constitution and legislation, and working on updating legislation and   national laws in line with international conventions for the support of the serious women 's political issues  and their integration into national legislation, which include securing the participation of Yemeni women in political life and create a legislative mechanism to speed up to reach the decisions making positions and reporting the level  of implementation  of those conventions.
