دور التمويل المصرفي في توفير متطلبات الشراکة بين القطاعين العام والخاص

الملخص
     هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور التمويل المصرفي في توفير متطلبات الشراکة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في جمهورية مصر العربية، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، ولقد تم تصميم أداة للقياس عبارة استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية طبقية من العاملين لدى تلک الشرکات، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ايجابية وأثر للتمويل المصرفي في توفير متطلبات الشراکة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالتمويل المصرفي لما له من أثر مباشر في توفير متطلبات الشراکة بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
Abstract
     The study aimed to identify the role of transparency and disclosure as one of the requirements of the governance of Egyptian institutions in achieving administrative excellence in the Egyptian electricity companies. The descriptive analytical method was used questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of employees of these companies. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship and the impact of transparency and disclosure as one of the requirements of corporate governance in achieving the managerial excellence of these companies. The study recommended the need to increase attention to transparency and disclosure as one of the requirements of corporate governance What it has a direct impact on achieving management excellence with the Egyptian electricity companies.
