الملخــص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر تطبيق نشاط التخصيم على تنوع أساليب تمويل الشرکات ومدى توافر السيولة النقدية بتلک الشرکات، وتم استخدام التحليل المالى والإحصائى لإختبار فرض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ايجابي معنوى لتطبيق نشاط التخصيم على توفير التمويل والسيولة للشرکات محل الدراسة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التوسع فى نشاط التخصيم وتبسيط إجراءات تنفيذه وإصدار القانون المنظم له.
 
Abstract:
The objective of this study is to identify the effect of applying factoring activity on the diversity of the financing methods of companies and the availability of liquidity in these companies. The financial and statistical analysis was used to test the hypothesis of the study. The study concluded that there is a positive effect for applying the factoring activity on providing finance and liquidity for the companies. This study recommends that there is a need to expand the activity of factoring and simplify the procedures of implementation and the issuance of the law governing it.
