سلوکيات المواطنة التنظيمية وأثرها في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي: دراسة ميدانية

يستهدف البحث تحديد العلاقة بين مستوى سلوکيات المواطنة التنظيمية ومستوى توجه الشرکات نحو التميز التنظيمي ، کذلک معرفة تأثير الاهتمام بأبعاد سلوکيات المواطنة التنظيمية على تحقيق التميز التنظيمي لشرکات صناعة السيراميک بمدينة العاشر من رمضان على عينة من أعضاء الإدارة العليا والإدارة الوسطى بالشرکات محل البحث ، وقد تحديد متغيرات البحث بناء على مراجعة وتحليل للدراسات السابقة ، کذلک التعرف على الظواهر المختلفة لوجود المشکلة من خلال الدراسة الاستطلاعية التي قام بها الباحث وقد اختبار الفروض التي قام عليها البحث واستنتج البحث العديد من النتائج المباشرة وغير المباشرة ، وحدد البحث العديد من التوصيات للشرکات موضوع البحث مع وضع خطة زمنية لتنفيذ هذه التوصيات والتي تعمل على تحسين الأداء الکلى والتميز التنظيمي لمنظمات الأعمال العاملة في هذا القطاع بصفة خاصة ومنظمات الأعمال المصرية بصفة عامة
Abstract:
