العلاقات المائية بين مصر ودول حوض النيل

الملخص:
النيل نهر دولي تحکمه قواعد وضوابط اتفق المجتمع الدولي عليها ، وأقرها أيضاَ القانون الدولي وظهرت في صورة اتفاقيات ومعاهدات هادفة للاستغلال الأمثل والأشمل لمياه النهر ولقد تعددت استخدامات الأنهار الدولية في العقود القليلة بشکل کبير وأدى هذا التعدد في الاستخدامات وکثافة الأنشطة المرتبطة بها إلى مزيد من الندرة في المياه العذبة ، وإلى صراعات ومنازعات حولها بشأن حقوق کل دولة من الدول  ولذا أثار ذلک الأمر العديد من التساؤلات التي تتعلق أساساً بطبيعة النهر في الإفادة من مياهه في الأغراض المختلفة.


 
Abstract:
Nile international river is governed by rules and regulations of the international community it agreed, and approved also by international law and appeared in the form of conventions and treaties targeted for optimal utilization and most comprehensive of river water and has numerous uses of international rivers in the few decades, largely led this multiplicity of uses and densities associated activities to further scarcity fresh water, and to the conflicts and disputes around on the rights of each State and therefore raised it many questions which relate primarily to the nature of the river to benefit from the waters in different purposes.
