دور تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية في تطوير الأداء المصرفي (دراسة ميدانية علي المصارف الکويتية الوطنية )

 
 الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي دور تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية في تطوير الأداء المصرفي الکويتي، ولذلک تم صياغة بعض الفرضيات لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذا الغرض، واستخدم قائمة الاستقصاء کأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وبلغ حجم العينة (92) مفردة وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) لا دخال، ومعالجه البيانات، وقد أظهرت النتائج بأنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية، وتطور أداء المصارف الکويتية الوطنية من وجهة نظر الإدارة العليا. وقد اوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة أن تعتمد إدارة المصرف على معلومات وإحصاءات دقيقة عن واقعها الداخلي والخارجي.


 
Abstract:
This study Objective to identify the role of the analysis of internal and external environment in the Kuwaiti banking performance development, and therefore has been formulating some hypotheses to achieve the objectives of the study, researcher has used the descriptive analytical method for this purpose, and use the list of the survey as a key tool for data collection, and total sample size (92). The results showed that there is a significant correlation between the internal and external environment analysis, the evolution of the national Kuwaiti banks performance from the perspective of senior management. The study recommended several recommendations the most important need for the Bank's management based on accurate information and statistics on the inner and outer reality.
